Find your way to Hillview and plan your journey to camp.
Getting to Hillview
Hillview is approximately 3 hours from Brisbane and 2 hours from Ballina.
For some camps, transport may be provided. Please contact us if you need assistance getting to the camp.
Driving Directions
From NSW North Coast (Lismore / Ballina)
- Take the Bruxner Highway through Lismore and Casino and continue for approximately 45 minutes.
- Turn right onto Clarence Way towards Bonalbo.
- Follow this road for about 40 km through Bonalbo to Old Bonalbo.
- Turn right at the shop in Old Bonalbo and continue for approximately 12 km to Hillview.
From Brisbane
- Head towards Beaudesert via the Gateway Motorway and Mt Lindsay Highway.
- Continue through Beaudesert and Rathdowney.
- Travel through the mountain range to Woodenbong.
- Turn left at Woodenbong (Urben Street) and continue to Urbenville.
- Turn left at Urbenville.
- After approximately 20–30 minutes, you will arrive at Old Bonalbo.
- Turn left onto Duck Creek Road.
Final Directions (Duck Creek Rd)
- After turning onto Duck Creek Road, continue for approximately 10 minutes.
- You will cross two bridges (the second is now a concrete bridge).
- After the second bridge, Hillview is about 500 metres further on the right-hand side, up on the hill.
